Garbage enzyme

I came to know about this useful thing and yet natural some time ago from a colleague,only knowing the wonderful cleaning power last weekend. My ex-neighbour gave me a container of garbage enzyme to try out.After hearing so many good comments aBout this garbage enzyme, i decided to go for a try.

I diluted the enzyme in 1:10 ratio in a bucket to mop the floor, result is superb and comparable to those chemical floor cleaner that widely found in the shopping complex. This enzyme is safer as it's chemical free, good for those families who have babies.

Garbage enzymes have been proven to be powerful and effective natural organic floor cleaner, household cleaning liquid, laundry washing, cleaning cars and amazingly drive away insects!

Making your own garbage enzymes are easy and it can be done in at home with the rubbish that you usually throw away. below are the simple steps.





Some hints:

1. Only vegetables are fruits waste are recommended.Among all fruits, pineapples, citrus and papaya give the best smell.

2. Brown sugar or organic sugar results better, do not use normal white sugar.

3. Once a while (maybe 2-3 days) open the lid of the container to release the gas during fermentation process.

4. The longer you store it, the stronger it’ll be and once done, you can use it for all the following uses with the right dilution.

My Valentine's Day

My valentines's day started as early as 4.30am. My brother made a reservation on today to have their marriage registeration done, normally will be a group registeration, it means couples are gathered together and have their their simple ceremory done witness by friends and relatives

As the ceremony start on 9am at Ipoh,so we have to depart early, so that there are sufficent time for them to dressed up. Poor little Gary also woke up by me...coz my alram set with hi s favourite song,then next couple of seconds of alarms On, i saw him sat on the bed started shaking his body with his eyes half opened...Oh..he was so cute!Quickly fed him milk milk and brought him to the car, he was so excited...did not make noise at all....kept climbing up and down in the car...slept back when he got tired.

I attended my brother's marriage registration till 1pm,left Gary at home with my MIL coz foresee this would be long session. Luckily we can have little chat and snacks to buy time.


Went home with exhausted body,couldn't take a nap....my little one was awake...played with him a while and had a bit rest after that.

I had a very interesting Valentine's dinner this year, a year without Poo Daddy, but together with Poo Daddy's family members :). My brother in law suggested we have dinner together with my PIL, his gf, me and Gary, so it turned to be Family event!
But thanks for his suggestion, so that i able to try such special dishes with Vegetarian Sushi....Nice dishes...

Maid

I'm having a maid with me to help out the daily house works as well as looking after Gary when i'm on bio breaks, shower time....etc. It's not meant to take care of Gary but i just need some one to help out as i'm always alone.
During day time when i'm at work, i sent my maid to a friend's house to help out, this suppose to be a win-win situation , i do not have to fear of maid runaway .
Things changed where this friend of mine is going to move out soon from where she stay now which is pretty close to my house, and she decided to have her own maid. The hassle of looking for maids, chasing agents, thinking of where to locate the maid during day times....etc..starts again.
I have been asked around to see if any of my friends want to have maid to help up during day time, even offer to my baby sitter. Surprisingly, no one is interested to have another pair of hands.....even if it's FOC!!!!
Well, i called my agent to cancel my hiring, guess what... i have enough for these stress out. My decision is either i keep the current one or i do not need one at all, will look for hourly maid for house work.The problem with thte current one wil need to send back to Indonesia due to some medical problem, but out of nothign this one will be the bet choice if i need one maid to stay at home.

Chinese New Year

Hi.....It's me again...why suddenly i got so much "Oomph" to write so many post in one day? Nothing special just feel like want to keep writing ..writing and writing before my mood being swiped away.

Chinese New Year is over, Poo Daddy flew back to work , our life goes back to routine ....After 2 weeks spending our family time together i hardly get myself to go back to this "reality", the house is silence again without Poo Daddy. Well....well ..well..cheer up, very soon we will be unity once more!

Let me share what have been done during CNY!

22nd Jan,

Poo Daddy landed in the morning, we went for CNY last minute shopping at Sunshine...Bought some tangerines, peanuts, snacks....waht else, oh ya, my favourite drink for CNY- Anglia Shandy, there are already 2 cartons of Tiger beers at home, so should be enough.

23rd Jan,

Journey back to Ipoh, breakfast at MingCourt Dim Sum, Poo Baobao had his favourite fish cake, and i had my favourite "char siew bao" and "siew mai"....etc.

24th Jan,

Pre-reunion dinner at "Tuck Kee restaurant", PooPoo family started wearing new clothes.......can't wait!.....haha.

25th Jan,

My PIL suggested to have steamboat today, so i helped to prepare the soup base in the kitchen early morning, before we left for another reunion lunch with my own family, this is the first year i had reunion lunch wiht my own family members after i have married, and i hope this can be sustained as an anuual activity. Thanks for my brother for this well arrangement!


Dinner , steamboat at home..then followed by Gary's birthday party, all my family members are here too.

Supposingly should stay up late according to my MIL culture, but me too tired, went to bed before 12am with Gary.



26th Jan,

First day of CNY, woke up at 9 something, did not hear any fire crackers...so quiet, in older days at my home, early early morning before 7am already woke up by fire crackers, but over here at my MIL house is so..so..so..quiet, don't like it!

Went to have vegetarian food for lunch, not as crowded as the old days anymore, a sign of economy downturns.

Nothing special, sat at home....played with Gary, went to my aunties house at night....her house looks merrier....all relatives were back and children were running around the house, played fire crackers.

27th Jan,
2nd day of CNY, cooked "Hoi Nin Fan", as what we had for the past few years, nothing new.





visited my grandparents with my family in Kuala kangsar after lunch, too bad....everyone left...only able to meet with my grandpa and 3 cousins. This house used to be very crowded when all the relatives are back...all my aunties...cousins..but after everyone grown up.....we are seeing less and less member join in this CNY visit.




28th Jan,
Haha..an event that i looked forward too, meeting with my ex-schoolmates.

I missed last year meeting coz i was in confinement. I met 8 ex-schoolmates this year, we had great chat...however the weather did not do us a favor, we were chatting in the rain.....too bad..didn't take any photos.



29th Jan ,

Couldn't remember what did i do....maybe just at home played with little BaoBao






30th Jan,
Brother in law treated us fine dining dinner at Indulgence.....specially for Poo Daddy to have meal here coz he likes western food mah..I had Stewed Oxtail..and Tiramisu for dessert..yummy....and Poo Daddy had lamb sirloin....BaoBao had bread...and made a lot of noise in the restaurant.





31th Jan,
Planned to bring little Bao to Polo Ground, already fixed the plan and set the alarm clock to wake up at 6am....damn it, rainy day, ended up went to "Foo Shan" for dim sum.

1st Feb,

My father treated us dim sum at Ming Court, left to Penang in the afternoon.
Met with some friends in Penang.

2nd Feb,

First day to start work after long break, hor..hor...it's 8th day of CNY, we had a party at my home as well.....though we are not hokkien, but we pretended we are and have our own celebration.

3rd Feb,

Drove down to BM for a friend's visit, had nice "duck egg fried koay teow" for supper, then Poo daddy suggested that we have a drive at Perai town, the place where we first stayed when we started work after graduation, recapture those good old days...




That's what i had for this CNY.

Gary 1st Birthday Part 2

Wondering why there is part 2???Coz we have another birthday cake cutting on 6th Feb 09, the real birthday day loh.

Remarks: Gary is sick on his birthday, poor him having flu and fever but yet he smile all day long. :)

We have again Gary's grandpa , grandma and uncle purposely travel from Ipoh to Peang here to celebrate his big day!

Also a pre-ordered cake from Jenni's cake hosue where i purposely choose a car with a bunny sitting on it. Gary likes car...

Gary 1st Birthday

06th Feb 08- Chinese new Year'eve, the day which Gary was borned and the day which i had the greatest pain.

26th Jan 09- Chinese new Year's eve again, and now Gary is a one year old boy...we have a new member to join us on our reunion dinner.I have been looking forward to this day to come ,started counting down since last Christmas........this is the day where we all meet together again.

How did we celebrate Gary's first birthday?It's a simple party, i bought a birthday cake and family of mine came to my PIL 's house to sing birthday song for this little Wong.
