Pressure cooker

Last Saturday was my first experience with pressure cooker.We wanted to cook "Bak kut teh" and my sis-in law brought also the pressure cooker.I'm totally amazed with the power of pressure cooker.
Tell u what...I already fall in love with prssure cooker after first use.It's miraclely saved a lot of unnessary gas...and time...
We threw everything into the pot, then boiled it for 15 minutes...then off the fire.
kept in for another 15 minutes.
The smell of bak kut teh was so nice, the meat was so tender.
I will sure buy myself a pressure cooker one day...start surveying now, so far i see "Thermos" brand is the one i have shortlisted :)
